Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
If something goes wrong, email us within 7 days of a charge. For genuine issues (a failed service, a duplicate charge) we will refund the affected billing period to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 working days.
Because each humanize request consumes AI compute, refunds may be prorated against words already processed in the period.
